KinderTown
For our social studies unit on needs/wants and producers/consumers, we created our own classroom economy - KinderTown! Here the children took turns being consumers and working at different types of businesses. When they ran out of money, they were able to visit the bank once. After that, they needed to apply for jobs in town to earn more money! This activity was a HUGE hit!
