Tricky Teens

This week we are working on our tricky teens. This includes recognizing, writing and ordering them. For those friends who are already comfortable with the tricky teens, we are working on breaking that number into "10 and some more ".

Here we are doing some of our tricky teen math stations during math workshop. We had number lines with missing tricky teens that we needed to cut out and glue in the right spot. We also played a color matching game using tricky teams and had to match the color dots for each number! We had so much fun!

Ask your children if they can identify different teen numbers at home or while in the car. Tricky teen number hunts are always good practice!
