These phones allow us to whisper into them and have our quiet voices amplified into our own ear so we can hear them at full volume! Readers workshop has never been so quiet!

Whisper Phones
During readers workshop we have been practicing stretching out words and using picture clues to read beginning level texts. You can imagine how distracting it might be for you to stretch out a word with 14 other people stretching out different words at the same time! Here we are using our whisper phones.
