Top It

We love to play card games in kindergarten!  We use the cards to put the numbers in order, create tricky teens by placing a "1" in front of other numbers, and play our new game Top It!  You may know this game as "War."  We practice putting cards on top of our partner's card and see who has the bigger number!  This helps us understand the connection between numbers, where numbers are on a number line and increase our number sense.
