Reading Buddies

We were so excited to meet our 2nd grade book buddies this week!  Ms. Woch's class joined us for a reading of one our favorite books, But No Elephants, before pairing up to read together.  The kindergarteners showed their buddies how we have practiced reading the pictures and using the beginning sounds of words.  The big kids also read stories while the kindergarteners practiced touching each word and turning the pages.  We can't wait until next week when Ms. Woch reads us her class' favorite book!
