The Train Game

As we learn more about numbers, we have talked about joining and taking away.  Yesterday, we played a game using unifix cubes and different colored dice.  We first rolled a green dice and took that many cubes to build a train.  We then rolled a red dice to see how many cubes we would take away from our train.  We went back and forth as our train appeared and disappeared!
