New Emergency Form Information

Dear Harlan Families,

Harlan is implementing a new student emergency information form based on the electronic records on file for each student stored in our PowerSchool database. The forms will appear in your child's homework folder early next week.

This year, we will provide a hard copy record for review and signature; next year, we will activate parental access for completion of the form!

Please review, edit (if necessary) and return the forms to the Harlan Office, so they may be updated with the most accurate information!
