Measuring

On Friday, we learned about measuring.  We used our linking cubes to measure how long objects were in our classroom.  We also learned that when you measure something, you need to be sure that you start at one end and go all the way to the other end without going over.   Here we are measuring crayons, chair legs and books from our library.  We even took one of our dragons, Amarillo, out and measured her from nose to tail!  She was 23 cubes long!
